Returns & Refunds Policy
Please put RETURNS ENQUIRY into the subject title of your email.
We will reply with a returns note which will need to be completed before issuing any refund.

Unless goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when you do so (in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel).
If you require a refund we will do so within 14 days after we recieve the returned products, provided that they are returned within 14 days of delivery and are un-opened.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Your right to return goods does not apply where sealed goods have been unsealed after delivery as this deems them unsuitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
